Minimum months of commitment, or "No commitment".
Class limit
Only for limited memberships: whether the class quota is weekly or monthly.
Guided classes / Open Box classes
Quotas per type. For passes, the total number of classes.

The "Trial membership" is the one trial invitations from "Box users" get: it is not created or deleted by hand. A membership assigned to any member cannot be deleted.
