Before creating a paid tournament, select "Set up payouts" and complete Stripe Connect. The setup belongs to the organiser and applies to their future tournaments.
Without payouts configured, you can only create free tournaments. Brazil, Mexico and Gibraltar are limited to free tournaments without cash prizes.
Set the format, registrations, WODs, submission and review deadlines, and video mode. Check everything before publishing: some fields become locked.
During the tournament, review submissions, reports and judges’ decisions. Standings may remain provisional while results are pending.
Podium and payouts
Once the review phases close, the podium is finalised and amounts are calculated. Finalising the podium does not move money yet.
Prize winners receive a CrossManiacs notification to set up their payout through Stripe Connect within the stated deadline.
Distribution requires settlement conditions to be met and recipients to be eligible to receive funds. A transfer to Stripe does not mean an immediate bank deposit.
To change your bank account, update your connected Stripe account details in payout management. You do not need another tournament or organiser account.
